These Terms of Use govern your use of leadelta.com (the "Site"), operated by Al Yunis LLC, doing business as Leadelta ("Leadelta," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If your firm uses the Leadelta service, your firm's Customer Agreement governs that use.

Leadelta is software for law firms. It is not a law firm, does not practice law and does not give legal advice. Nothing on the Site creates an attorney-client relationship.

2. Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate, but it may be incomplete or out of date. Features, prices and offers may change. A price or offer binds us only as stated in a signed Order Form.

3. Requests you submit

When you request a demo or a callback, or contact us, you confirm that the information is accurate and yours to give. We use it as our Privacy Policy describes. We call or text you only as the consent on the form you used allows, or as you ask us to.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems, or probe, scan or test them for vulnerabilities;
  • interfere with or overload the Site;
  • scrape, harvest or copy Site content with bots, except search engines indexing public pages;
  • copy the Site's content or design to build a competing product; or
  • upload malware or impersonate anyone.

5. Our content and trademarks

The Site and its content belong to Leadelta or its licensors. Leadelta™ and our logos are our trademarks. You may view the Site to learn about Leadelta; no other license is granted.

The Site may link to other services, such as a scheduling tool. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, LEADELTA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnity

If your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms leads to a claim against Leadelta, you will cover Leadelta's reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

11. Governing law and venue

California law governs these Terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site belongs exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Using the Site after that date means you accept the update.
