The service
Leadelta is a business-to-business software platform for law firms: it answers and screens inbound inquiries, scores and organizes leads, and automates follow-up communication on a firm’s behalf. Leadelta provides software to law firm customers; it is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice.
No attorney–client relationship
Leadelta is a technology provider. Your use of this website or the Leadelta platform, and any communication handled by it — including calls, text messages, and intake conversations — does not create an attorney–client relationship with Leadelta or Al Yunis LLC. Any attorney–client relationship exists, if at all, solely between you and the law firm you engage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Submit false information or another person’s information without authorization
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest content except as expressly permitted
Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, design, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Leadelta or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms.
Disclaimers

Governing law
