Dani Al Yunis

Founder

Dani founded Leadelta and leads it as its director. He sets the company’s direction and makes the decisions that shape what the product becomes, keeping the team focused on the single problem Leadelta exists to solve: personal injury firms losing cases because of poor lead management

He holds a BS in Computer Science from UC Irvine, which grounds his decisions in how the technology actually works, and he manages the software engineering team that builds the product.

He is also Leadelta’s main point of contact with the firms it serves, leading the conversations and relationships that bring new firms on as clients.

Chief Business Officer

Murad worked inside the personal injury industry from 2019 to 2023. That experience is the reason Leadelta fits the way real PI firms operate, because he has seen firsthand where intake breaks down and what actually moves a lead toward a signed case.

As Chief Business Officer he leads Leadelta’s business and go-to-market strategy, and he keeps the product anchored to how firms really run rather than to assumptions about them. He holds a BS in Economics from UCLA.

His job is to make sure what the team builds is something firms will adopt and pay for, for reasons that hold up in their day to day operations.

Chief Operations Officer

Phlobater leads operations at Leadelta, focused on requirements and system reliability. His work is making sure the product does what firms actually need, and that it keeps doing it under real use.

He is studying Electrical Engineering at California State University, Long Beach. Before Leadelta he worked as an independent IT support specialist for small and mid-sized businesses in regulated industries, handling endpoint support, network configuration, access management, system maintenance, and root-cause analysis.

That background is why he works requirements-first. He managed the security systems for four firms and earned their trust by being dependable, the person they relied on to keep things running, and he brings that same reliability to Leadelta’s operations.

Why we exist

Existing intake tools handle the call but stop there. Existing case management tools start after the case is signed. Nothing owned the gap in between. That gap is where law firms lose most of their pipeline. Leadelta is that gap, automated.

We built Leadelta because the math is obvious: a $50,000 case calling at 8pm doesn’t care that your office closed at 6. If your intake process can’t catch that call, qualify the caller, and follow up by morning, the case signs somewhere else.
